Recipe
The pre-grill rub
4 TSP Powdered Garlic
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Ground Sage
3 pinches course black pepper
2 pinches salt
Blend spices together, and rub onto skinned chicken.
Grill
Preheat grill to 350 minutes for 15 minutes
Turn grill flames down to low
Slowly grill on both sides until internal meat temperature reaches no less than 165 degrees
Glaze
1oz Tequila
1/4 oz Olive oil
1/2 oz Fresh squeezed sweet lime
1/4 oz Sweet chili sauce
Apply glaze on chicken last 10 minutes of cook.
